William Branstetter
Attorney William Branstetter, is Of Counsel to the firm and will take the lead on matters pertaining to the oil, gas and energy sector.
William started working in the energy sector first as a landman, then as a title abstractor, until eventually becoming in-house counsel for an acquisition and divestiture boutique based in Clarksburg, West Virginia. William routinely represents landowners with oil and gas leasing, right-of-way and pipeline agreements, and buying or selling of oil and gas interests.
William is also a seasoned criminal and civil defense litigator with more than 20 years of experience. Currently William also serves as outside counsel to several small businesses in Western Pennsylvania.
